1. Take time during the week to listen to the Podcast on the theme.
2. Listen and reflect on the lyrics of the songs on the theme's playlist.
3. Stand facing your pair of the week, just look him/her in the eye, seriously and without looking away, for about 2 minutes. Try to see his/her life just by looking, put yourself in his/her shoes. After that, start wishing to him/her good things, just by looking at him/her (ex: saying that you admire, that you love, etc.). In the end, hug each other for 30 seconds, without letting go.
4. Make a list of three practical actions with your small group, and develop them in a community that you participate or not, in order to place greater value on relationships and be blessing in this community.
